My Story
Did you ever feel like you were stuck doing a job you didn't like just because you were good at it? That was me... I was told from an early age that I had to work hard in school so I could get a good job to secure my future. Because my strengths lie in the business field, that's the direction I was pushed - inevitably to work in an office.
As the years passed, I often thought about what I wanted to do when I grew up. At 58 years old, and with some enlightenment from my grandchildren I had my "A-Ha" moment.
It was November 2023, the day after Thanksgiving when I had the grandkids at a Black Friday event and the kids asked if we could get lunch somewhere. I remember standing there looking around thinking there wasn't anywhere to get a sandwich or hot dog. I realized then that the area I lived in didn't offer a place where people could get a quick affordable meal and I knew I could do something about that.
I spent a lot of time thinking about this new idea, and a name for a new business, when one day my husband Ron was reading the paper and said, " I didn't know our town had a paddy wagon" and that was it....Patti Wagon Hot Dogs & More was born!
My mission is to provide delicious food and outstanding customer service to the local community and to be known as a fast, friendly and affordable choice of food.
